You have the right to return the products you bought from our company within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie their packaging has not been violated, along with the retail receipt or invoice. To avoid inconvenience, at the time of delivery carefully check the condition of the products to detect any obvious defects.
You must notify us by phone of your intention to return the products you purchased, the same day or the next business day from the date of receipt of the products.
If you are near us, you can deliver the product to us and if it is checked by our employee, its value will be credited to your name, with a duration of 45 days. Otherwise you can send us the product with a courier company. In this case you will be charged the shipping cost.
The amount credited is the value of the product including VAT. and not any transfer values.
