The website www.foufas-machinery.gr<\/a><\/strong> is an online commercial store selling products through the internet created and operated by the Greek company D. FOUFAS & CO. OE.<\/p>\n

Product Prices<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Online store prices may differ from physical store prices. Our company in this case does not bear any responsibility and does not cover price differences from products purchased from the physical store and then it was found that there is a lower price in the online store and vice versa.<\/p>\n

Warranty<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Our company informs you that the guarantee of good operation of the products is provided by the respective manufacturers or representatives companies and not by the company which simply resells them.
\nThe manufacturer or dealer may repair or replace the defective part of the product or in some cases replace the entire product at its sole discretion.
\nThe guarantee is valid from the date stated on the legal purchase document or in the special box on the guarantee form.
\nIt is the buyer’s obligation to follow the appropriate operating modes and to always have the proof of purchase of the product.
\nThe warranty does not apply in cases where the problem with the product is due to improper use or assembly. Therefore, read the instructions for use before using the product.
\nThe buyer sends the product with a guarantee accompanied by the purchase document to the manufacturer or to foufas-machinery.gr. The manner and costs of transporting the products from the customer to the companies and vice versa, as well as their possible insurance is the choice and responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

Availability and purchase contract<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Each product of the online store has its availability status. Availability time means the time at which the product will be available for collection from our stores.
\nIn case of any delay in your order, we will inform you either by phone or in writing via e-mail. If you wish to contact us, you can call 210 6038453 during working days and hours, so that we can inform you about the exact time of delivery of your order.
\nPossible delay in your order may be due to:
\n\u2022 Reasons for force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes)
\n\u2022 Supplier liability (eg product recall, stock shortage, delivery delay)<\/p>\n

The purchase contract between the customer and D. FOUFAS & CO OE is prepared from the moment the latter examines and accepts the customer’s order (either by withholding the money from the customer’s card, or by sending an e-mail to the customer that his order is being processed) and not earlier. In case the customer chooses to pay by deposit in a bank account, the contract is not drawn up by depositing the money but after our company approves the order by phone or e-mail. For example, if the customer deposits the amount of the products without including the shipping costs, the contract has not been drawn up and our company will inform him to deposit the remaining amount. When the total amount is deposited then and only then the contract is valid and our company is obliged to execute the order, otherwise the money is returned to the customer’s bank account.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
